As your collection of realistic sex dolls grows, keeping track of every sex dolls, accessory, outfit, and replacement part can become increasingly challenging. Some items may be tucked away in storage, while others might be frequently used for styling or photography.

Creating an inventory is a simple way to keep everything organized. It provides a clear overview of what you own, where items are stored, and which accessories belong to each doll.

Start with a Comprehensive Collection List

Begin by documenting every sex dolls in your sex doll storage case. Create a separate entry for each one, including its basic product information.

Useful details to record include:

Model name and manufacturer.

Body material and height.

Unique design features.

Date of purchase.

Original product documentation/materials.

Storage location.

If you own multiple dolls, assigning a simple identification number to each one will make your records easier to navigate and manage.

Organize Accessories by Category

Accessories are easily overlooked, especially when they are small or interchangeable.

Group them by category—for example: wigs, shoes, clothing, jewelry, replacement parts, and other accessories. Note which items are exclusive to a specific doll and which are universal (compatible with multiple dolls).

Using small storage containers with clear labels makes it easy to keep different types of accessories organized. You can also take photos of the contents of each container for quick identification.

Create a Clothing Inventory

Maintaining a list of your clothing helps prevent unnecessary duplicate purchases and makes planning outfits much easier.

For each garment, record its name, size, material, color, and storage location. You can also add notes regarding which doll models the item fits.

Consider categorizing your clothing—for instance: casual wear, formal wear, seasonal outfits, and various accessories.

This way, whenever you want to create a new look for one of your dolls, you can easily find the right pieces.

Use Photos for Easier Identification

While written descriptions are helpful, adding photos makes your inventory much more intuitive and easy to understand. Take clear photos of every doll, outfit, and accessory. Using a consistent background and lighting will make it easier to identify each item.

You can also photograph complete outfits and link these images to the corresponding entries for the individual garments.

Over time, this inventory will serve as a visual reference guide for your entire collection. Choose a simple digital management system.

You don’t need expensive software to create an effective inventory.

You could use a spreadsheet, with columns for "Item Name," "Category," "Quantity," "Condition," and "Storage Location." If you prefer using a digital note-taking app, you can also include photos and personal remarks.

If you prefer physical records, a printed catalog or a binder works just as well.

Choose a system that is easy to update on a regular basis.

Review and update your inventory regularly.

As your collection grows, your inventory should evolve accordingly.

Whenever you acquire new clothing or accessories, add them to the appropriate category; if an item is no longer part of your collection, remove it from the list. Also, be sure to update storage location information whenever necessary.

A quick monthly review will help ensure that your inventory remains accurate.
