India’s Narendra Modi Stadium tops the list with 132,000 seats. Next is Pyongyang’s Rungrado 1st of May, about 114,000 after a 2014 refit that added individual seats. 
The rest of the top six are U.S. college venues: Michigan, Beaver, Ohio, and Kyle Field, each clearing 100,000 seats.
